Testimonials

Sean Peek drove all the way to Vail to represent me. He kept me calm throughout the whole process and negotiated diligently throughout the whole process. I consider him a person of integrity with a genuine desire to achieve an outcome that I could live with and be grateful that it was in the best interest of not only me but my family.
Dan Chisholm
Sean Peek performed the mediation for our divorce this year. He made the entire process very simple and manageable. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, he offered us the type of guidance and support that would allow me to recommend his services to anyone in need of a family law expert.
L. Scott Sanford
I worked with Mr. Peek for four years at the Law Offices of Rodger C. Daley. During that time I had the opportunity to interact with a broad range of attorneys – many bad, some good, and a few that were truly exceptional. Sean falls squarely into that final category. Without hyperbole, he is without a doubt among the most tenacious, creative, and yet kind attorneys I know.

Ricardo brings an array of experience into domestic relations practice, which has been his focus since law school. While in law school, Ricardo served as an intern for a Denver judge with a domestic relations docket as well as the Denver Juvenile Court later in law school. Ricardo has represented parents in child welfare (“Dependency and Neglect”) cases, and current contracts with the Office of the Child’s Representative to serve as Guardian ad Litem or Counsel for Youth in child welfare matters in multiple Colorado judicial districts. He also has experience in the intersection of immigration and family law, having represented various clients seeking state court custody orders over children to obtain Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for those children.

Ricardo is a native of Wyoming. In his spare time, Ricardo enjoys anything having to do with water (weather-permitting,) and he may have successfully watched all of Netflix, in both English and Spanish. He is happy now that he can watch Colorado Avalanche games in person again at Ball Arena.
